Office Manager /Business Manager

Are you a passionate and customer focused individual who has a proven background in a challenging, customer service driven environment?

My client is looking to recruit an Office Manager for their multi tenanted building in London. The role is managing the requirements of these businesses from an office management perspective and maintaining the facilities to a very high standard. The challenges are varied, no task is identical and the ability to prioritise whilst delivering exceptional customer service is critical to the success of this position.

There is some P&L responsibility, reports to produce, so a high level of numeracy and good excel skills are a requirement. Whilst they are very customer service led, the customer may not always be right so the ability to have difficult conversations and seek mutually beneficial solutions is going to be critical. Your client base will range from sole traders and entrepreneurs right up to CEO’s and you should be as comfortable with each type of business.

To be successful in this role you will have come from a similar background in Office Management, Facilities Management or perhaps the Hospitality sector but fundamentally will have a customer at heart approach.
