You are a real foodie who has spent their career selling into Foodservice. You have fantastic knowledge of how the division works and know your way around all the different routes to market – pub chains, restaurant groups and wholesalers
You are well known in the sector with a reputation for delivering both internally and externally. You can make it work commercially without compromising or cutting corners. Your customers trust you and your team respect you.
So what next?
This job is taking all of those great attributes and applying them to a business who over recent years has more than doubled in growth. Most of this growth has come from retail, although the business was founded on foodservice and so it needs some TLC.
You’ll lead a team of experienced NAMS but steer them in a new direction and open avenues not previously explored.
The company are innovative and are constantly bringing new products to market. They respond quickly to market changes and are leaders in their field.
You may be a Head of Department or even a Senior National Account Manager who is looking to take the next step. This is a fast paced ever changing job and as such you’ll need to adapt and react quickly.
Based in Cheshire you’ll need to be able to commute daily as you’ll spend time getting to know the business and will need to be visible to effectively head up the team.
